The foods that we will discuss further have a great effect on our weight loss. So we can use these delicious healthy foods to lose weight:

  1. Cucumber slices with hummus

Cucumber and hummus go well together. Cucumbers contain Cucurbitacin E, a compound that may have anti-cancer effects. Hummus is also made from chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, and chickpeas, which reduces inflammation and may be effective in heart health. A cup of cucumber and 100 grams of hummus has approximately 180 calories.

  1. Eggs and toast

If you prefer a more traditional option, a piece of toast with a poached egg is a healthy little snack. Don’t worry about cholesterol because one egg a day does not increase the risk of heart disease.

  1. Chia pudding

Chia seeds are full of fiber and are included in all diets, including vegetarian and ketogenic diets. They also contain antioxidants that help reduce inflammation and improve heart health.

1 tablespoon (15 grams) of chia seeds

1/3 cup (80 ml) of water

1 tablespoon (15 grams) of peanut butter

Stevia or other sweetener if desired

     4. Dates

Dates fruit is rich in vitamins, fiber and iron, calcium and potassium, each of which is necessary for the body and can even treat anemia. Pembekal Kurma Rabbi is also effective for weight loss and can be used as food for diet and prevent the accumulation of fat in the body.  

  1. Apples and peanut butter

If you’re craving something sweet, there’s no better snack than fruit. Studies show that diets rich in fruits such as apples and pears help with long-term weight loss. For a rich combination of fiber, fat and protein, eat a tablespoon of peanut butter with an apple.

  1. Almonds

Diets with almonds have been shown to help people lose weight and reduce the risk of heart disease. So consume them in yogurt or plain.

  1. Avocado

The fatty acids and fiber in avocados keep you full for a longer period of time. According to a study from 2013, avocado consumers weighed less and had a lower body mass index.

  1. Brussels sprouts

Brussels sprouts are a great snack that you probably don’t eat. Put this cabbage in the oven with olive oil and salt or cook it on gas. The capsaicin in pepper causes long-lasting satiety.
